Tyler Martin | Lead Pastor

Tyler began following Jesus at age 15. Through Jesus, Tyler found victory from a life of rebellion and sin and found satisfaction, truth, and hope in his new life as a Christian. Tyler married his college sweetheart, Ashley, the day they graduated college in May of 2015. They have three children, Ava Grace Michael Tyler Jr., and Annie Faye. Tyler and his family moved from Fort Worth, TX to Bar Nunn in January 2019. Tyler always says, "I was born in Texas, so I learned how to brag. I moved to Wyoming so I would have something to brag about!”

Tyler can often be found hiking on Casper Mountain with his faithful, duck-retrieving, black Labrador Retriever, Nola. Tyler loves to duck hunt and is steadily gaining a deeper love for big-game hunting.

Lance Anding | Associate Pastor

Lance surrendered his life to Jesus at age 15. Jesus saved Lance from a life of sin and deceit giving him a new life filled with grace, truth, and purpose. In college, Lance met his beautiful wife, Brianna, and they were married in 2015. They have 2 amazing daughters, Lydia Joy and Eden Elizabeth. God called Lance and his family to move from East Texas to join Outfitter Church in 2020. They are excited to call the great state of Wyoming their new home, and to help others see the glory of God in Jesus while living in this beautiful place.

Lance loves sports and hunting. He also loves eating the delicious baked goods that Brianna makes. Lance and his family look forward to enjoying all the hiking, camping, and skiing that Wyoming has to offer.

Shannon Eli | Associate Pastor

Shannon’s first passion in life was motorcycles. He first started riding at the age of 6. Shannon’s Mom was firm in her christian belief,which she instilled in him. His Dad was into the new age beliefs, thus he did not go to church. Shannon did go with his mom and grandparents on special occasions.

As he got into his teens, he bought his first New Harley Davidson. As he got older he started riding with a motorcycle gang. He found himself being drawn into all the parting, fighting and into the overall motorcycle gang life. He could not shake the overwhelming feeling of filth when he would go home. He realized that it was the Holy Spirit convicting him of his sin. He never officially joined the gang but the temptation was growing stronger, so he moved to Casper WY for a new beginning. He started working with a plumbing company and stayed there for almost 30 years before the owner retired and closed the doors. In those 30 years he felt lost and in a dark place. When he was in his 50’s he met his beautiful future bride, Twila. They married and she lovingly started guiding him toward Christ. Before long he was going to church regularly and he had joined CMA (Christian Motorcycle Association). While on a jobsite one day, Shannon fell off a ladder and was badly injured. He crushed his left forearm and received nerve damage. After his first surgery the God go ahold of his life. He turned from his sin, accepted forgiveness, and with a burning passion dove into learning the Bible as much as he could. He is currently taking seminary classes to increase his knowledge even more. He is currently the president of the local CMA and loves serving as a leader in Outfitter Church.
